In her blog http://www.tartasdecoradasycupcakes.com,  Patricia Arribálzaga explains:

I am really happy to be able to show you the cover of my first book: Haute Couture Cupcakes, Cookies & Macaroons.

This luxury book contains more than forty original designs, each with its recipe and step by step photos, and each project is presented with great style and graphic design.

After much work and dedication I have managed to make Haute Couture Cupcakes, Cookies & Macaroons something more than just a book of recipes and designs, by turning it into a reference book for making cupcakes, cookies and macaroons professionally, even if you are just an aficionado or starting from scratch. I have designed the content of the book as I do my courses, with the same methodology I have been using in my classes for more than seven years, explaining the basics and sharing my experience through all my techniques for designing, baking and preparing each recipe, following the philosophy of Cakes Haute Couture: Always giving priority to the flavour, in a very clear and simple way.

You will also find my tips, special procedures and secrets so that you can successfully prepare really delicious, edible works of art. I have included my best practical tips, creative ways of alternating flavours in the recipes and a wealth of original, easy to use ideas for learning and putting into practice the most amazing design techniques, mixing flavours and colours while effectively preparing real gourmet confectionery.

I have put lots of love and passion into this book which is full of simple, fun ideas, and some sophisticated ones, and I hope that they inspire you to create fantastic cupcakes, cookies and macaroons, and encourage the artist within each of you to surprise everyone, while you have fun baking and decorating all kinds of delicious recipes.
